Give yourself a gift of five minutes of contemplation in awe of everything you see around you. Go outside and turn your attention to the many miracles around you. This five-minute-a-day regimen of appreciation and gratitude will help you to focus your life in awe.

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.

I love traveling, but I do believe that happiness always start on the inside, with ones mind. Wide open spaces takes me to the right state of mind. If there’s no wide open spaces available I exercise. 100 push-ups does the trick too..but I prefer the wide open spaces 🙂
Have an awesome weekend!
