Every Saturday I host a gratitude challenge. I share something that I am grateful for, and encourage you to do the same!
I recently shared a post about Whiskeytown Falls, today in MJP Gratitude Challenge, I’m sharing two photos from Whiskeytown Lake. This particular spot doesn’t have sand, and therefor isn’t as popular as the other beaches. It’s possible to sit here by yourself for a moment of silent contemplation. Something my daughter and I did yesterday. Today I am grateful for that experience.
I’ve had a lot of things to think about lately, and some big decisions to make. Moments of tranquility, like this one, helps me to think clear, and not get stressed out. The value of mediation is probably the only thing that can’t be stressed enough, lol, sorry, I couldn’t help myself..
If you’re in the area and want to take little walk to this spot, it is very easy, if you follow the trail on the left side of the of visitor center’s parking lot, it takes you right there. It’s a 5-10 minutes walk.
I hope that your week have been filled with good things. I would love it, if you would join my Gratitude Challenge! Write about something you are grateful for, and remember to tag your post MJP Gratitude Challenge, to make sure I don’t miss it!
Have an amazing Saturday!
